Like most restaurants, Something Nu Catering started out as an idea. What if I could substitute this spice for another spice or what if I prepared the meats this way instead of the normal way. By keeping this way of thinking Owner/ Chef Donnell began to come up with wonderfully tasteful recipes that were both yummy to the tummy and health conscience.
